For Product Returns:
If you have problems with an order or have questions regarding a CI product, please use the message system on your account and email us with the details of your concern at: email@example.com
Make sure that the subject line reads "Problem with item", and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to take care of your return.
To be considered for a Product Return, the product must be in the original packaged condition - all tags attached. The return must occur within 5 business days of receipt. A 25% restocking charge may apply to cover the original shipping and handling costs. Please Correctly Complete all necessary customs forms indicating that the package is a 'RETURN'. Any additonal customs charges will be charged to the customer.
